Lead Pastor

Worship Leader

Pastor Scott accepted Christ while in college, then felt called to full-time ministry in 2001. He holds a Master of Divinity degree with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctorate of Ministry degree in Missional Communities, from Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky

Scott, and his wife Charlotte, met through Campus Crusade for Christ in Atlanta. They married in 2000. Charlotte teaches in Katy ISD. Scott and Charlotte are devoted parents to three awesome children.

In his spare time, Scott likes to read anything and everything, hang out with his family, and watch Alabama football.
Ka’ Vonda was called to ministry at a young age. Like most of us, she drifted from her calling and found her way back home here at Living Stones Church where she serves as the Worship Pastor.

Ka’ Vonda is a wife and mother to two amazing boys. She has a degree in Music Education from Prairie View A&M University. She served as an educator in Fort Bend County for 7+ years.

Ka’ Vonda is dedicated to using her gifts to aid in building God’s Kingdom one “stone” at a time.

Amanda Grissom

Children's Director

Amanda answered the call to serve as the Children’s Ministry Director at Living Stones in 2017. She and her husband, John have three children ranging in age from high school to elementary school.
After graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Early Childhood Development, Amanda taught kindergarten for two years in the Texas public school system.

Amanda was a volunteer co-children’s leader and nursery coordinator for a church plant in Bentonville, Arkansas, for two years. After moving to Katy, Texas, she served as a Sunday School teacher, VBS volunteer, preschool council board member, and a children’s event volunteer. In other words, she is amazing!

Student Pastor

Nathan (Jinx), recently graduated from University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a degree in Christian Ministry. He was born and raised in Pearland and at the age of 17 accepted his calling into ministry.

On his off days he is either thrifting, hanging out with friends/family, or watching anime.
